I have been dealing with this dealership for over 20 years.  As time went on over these years, I began to realize that they did the best job fixing what was wrong with my car and were honest about it, too.  Being a single woman, I've always had a lot of discomfort dealing with car mechanics and dealerships trying to figure out if they were being honest with me or not.  With Colonial Honda, I am comfortable that they take care of my car without trying to gouge me for things that aren't needed.  I sincerely appreciate that.  There are so many businesses that are just trying to make the money without much concern about the customer, and I've run into a few of those.  With Colonial Honda, I believe I get good service and honesty in charging.  I've bought five cars from Colonial Honda and have never had that nagging feeling that I was being "taken" on anything. 
I really can't say more about this dealership.  I expect to be buying cars from them and having the cars serviced by them for many years to come.

I have used Honda service for many years and find them to be very reliable.  It might not be the cheapest service you can find, but my experience is you will always get high quality work.

We got a car recently and they have been excellent and their service department is excellent. They were just very helpful in the sale but the main thing that I like is the service. Actually I took the car in, we were going to taking it on a trip to Wisconsin. So I called the service department, I actually took it in to the service department and said I should probably have an oil change before we went and the guy, he looked at it and actually I would not need an oil change, I could easily go to a Wisconsin and back before I needed a change. They charged me nothing and told me to just come back when we returned from Wisconsin. And thought that was very good of them.

I've been dealing with Colonial Honda for about 20 years.  In that time, I've purchased five cars from them.  I've come to trust Gordon Winfield to always give me a fair deal when buying my car and their service department is equally as honest.  Granted, I've always had all the maintenance done on my cars when it was due, but I have never found them trying to add costs to the maintenance. 
They're just honest people.  If I didn't think they were, I wouldn't be dealing with them over such a long period. 
This is by far the best car dealership I've ever known.  I'm sure that when I need another car, Colonial Honda is where I'll go.

Outstanding! This service shop is always prompt, courteous, and they never pressure you. They tell you what they think should be done, but never in a way that puts any pressure on you.

I liked them. They worked with us and our budget. They were friendly, professional, and I really don't have anything negative to say. 
My only complaint is that they didn't really go over things that you could add onto the car or colors. We kinda knew what we wanted going in because we did our homework, but I didn't feel like they went over options. 
They worked with us really well and it went quickly. It was smooth. We had our preapproved loan.

Colonial Honda is very responsible and professional. They did a great job. I would use them again in the future.

Generally they are very good. Last time I was there they didn't reset one of the gauges, so I wasn't happy about that. But overall they have been good and that hasn't happened very often, so I will continue to use them.

They do a really good job.
