Chester Child Development Center

You can pay weekly, every 2 weeks, or monthly at Chester Child Development Center. The price depends on what service you want. They offer before and after school or full day care. Some of the staff has been there for years. They don't have a whole lot of staff turnaround. The only negative I can say is that they need a computerized billing system and computerized sign in and out system. Where when you sign a child out it pops up how much money you owe. They still do all of that on paper. The owners haven't put any money into a computerized billing or computerized attendance system. It would be easier on parents and the staff if they did. A lot of the ladies have been there for years and they are very nice. They have different activities for them when school is out. They want to keep them busy and occupied. They open when they say they are open.
