Interior Painting
Job was botched. Our builder agreed it was horrible and required provider to return. Palucho Painters subcontractor returned three times, each time making the stairs worse than the last. Finally, our builder agreed to pay another firm beside American Applicators and this Palucho Painters subcontractor to refinish the defective work. Mr. Palucho had several helpers, both young Hispanic men in their teens or early twenties. Neither spoke English. He left the wo
