Absolutely horrible experience with this company! I was quoted price of $250 to do this job and the CEO/owner of this company charged me $782.40. When I asked him why he charged me this he told me that there must have been a miscommunication. He NEVER once mentioned what any cost would be other than the fact that he could do the job for $250. He didn’t back down on his price so I felt pressed to pay the bill as he was standing there in my house and I didn’t want the situation to escalate as his friend had walked out of the house just moments before. I re-reviewed the receipts and also found that he had charged me for energy drinks for himself and his friend. He also called me while he was getting supplies that he didn’t have his receipts with him and that he had to go home to get them. Which he apparently billed me for all the time he was away from house buying supplies and running his errands and picking up his supplies that he should have already had with him. The next day after I cooled down I called him and explained my frustrated and how I felt like I was being cheated. I Asked him how he was going to rectify the situation and he responded he would like to call me back later and talk about it as he was obviously in the middle of working on a job. I agreed and waited all evening for him to call me back with no success. I called the following morning left him a voicemail that I would like to speak with him as well as numerous phone calls again throughout the day and also text messages. The check that I wrote him had already been deposited in his account at this point. This guy never returned my calls and totally ignored any attempt that I had to contact him. This company is a joke and only seeks to prowl on a situation and take advantage of you and is only interested in your money.
