Dry Cleaning Service
The service was good. I used the Zoots store in Newport News. The service was decent, and I really like the prices for dry cleaning dress shirts ($1.99). I will be using them for my shirts.
One thing that bothers me, is the sign above the store saying they offer next day service at no additional cost. I didn't have any issue with dropping my clothes off on a Saturday and the clothes being ready on a Wednesday. However, I could not receive any logical reason why as to I could not receive clothes on Sunday (which the store does have operating hours) or even Monday.
Overall: A Good dry cleaning facility. The prices are decent, however if you want your clothes the same day (on the Peninsula), I recommend the use of another dry cleaners service like Cho's or Boulevard.

Dry Cleaning Service
They clean the clothes great, but customer service is bad, clerk lied about missing order, was rude and argumentative, a real smart a**, I have used them a lot over the last few months because of coupon, but otherwise the pricing is bad, they constantly lose orders and make it seem if that is OK, clerks do no not pay attention to how many tickets you have so order is for the most part incomplete and you have to come back to get all of order.
