Overall experience was great. I dug the manhole covers prior to them arriving. Then they did the rest, pumped the tank/washed the tank.

Water was backing up in our toilets, shower and bathtub. I called Mr. Artis late at night and left a message on his answering machine. He called me back at 7:40 AM the following day and he said we would be his 3rd customer. He arrived and cleared the drain, charging only $50. We have used Mr. Artis approximately twenty years and are very satisfied with his service. There was one visit that he didn't even charge us for. He is a very honest man and totally reliable.
