A complaint has been filed with the Better Business Bureau for the following reasons: 1. The incorrect color cement was poured on day one. As soon as they were notified they stopped pouring. 2. Forms laid and concrete poured while I was not on site did not follow the specified layout in the supporting contract documents. 3. Area's poured that did follow the general layout were of the wrong measurement. 4. Oil/hydraulic fluid leaked all over the street. 5. Concrete delivery truck washed out into storm drain (illegal). 6. Sealed concrete same day as poured leading to an inconsistent seal. 7. Numerous delays getting the work done. Their last day onsite was 04/14/16. On that day I expressed my unsatisfaction with the completed work. The Sales Manager came on site and noted the problems that needed to be resolved. To get the issues resolved he advised that I pay the remaining balance on the contract, plus an additional $500 due to unexpected expenses they occurred. They emailed me with details of our discussion and a written agreement that the remaining work would be completed no later than 05/02/16. That was the last I heard from him. On 05/31/16 I wrote them an email letting them know the work had not been completed. A complain was filed with the BBB on 11/15/16.

I had an alright, overall feel about the experience, and I would use them for other concrete projects. One thing I didn t care for was the sidewalk because it was uneven on the edges and appeared to lean. I had to put dirt on the sides of it to fix that, and they probably should have noticed that. All in all, I couldn t complain with the results for the price, and I got what I needed.
