Outstanding service! Michael ‘s job shows professionalism of HAVC repairs and maintenance in my AC unit today. I like good services and he exceeds my expectation of AC services on my unit. Thanks again, Michael

On time. Accurate. Efficient. Clean. Fair prices. I've been with WM since 2007 for my home HVAC maintenance and upgrades, and since have used them for both my businesses. They recently were part of my backyard upgrade/overhaul and patio installation. They were tasked with moving the AC condenser down to the end of the patio and were asked to keep it aesthetic and all the lines hidden/minimized as much as possible. And that's exactly what they did... the whole thing looks better than I had imagined! Well done. Highly recommended.

My son went out there last night and he saw the water coming out of the emergency line instead of coming out from where it is supposed to. It turned out that the drain line was clogged.

Weather Makers provided the lowest cost of several contractors, were punctual, and their work was excellent.

Weather Makers is a wonderful company to work with. As I said above, we did not use them this time because they did not carry the air conditioning unit we wanted.

I found Weather Makers on Angie's List while searching for a heat pump on a property I purchased in Virginia Beach; I live in Florida. Heat pumps and related issues are different in Virginia and Todd Hunsicker of Weather Makers patiently answered all of my questions and explained why I didn't need to purchase a much costlier heat pump pushed by other companies. The two-man crew arrived on time -- actually a few minutes early -- and skillfully installed the outdoor unit and air handler inside even though my older home presented some installation challenges.

They were very nice, but it seem to go slower than I expected.

They were clean and professional.

I am very pleased with the performance of the the duct work and the units. I am not happy with lack of communication from Weathermakers. The workers were unclear as to exactly what all they were to do at times. The job took longer than expected, I was led to believe that it would take about 1 week (possibly 2) and it took 2 months. I would have to call the company to find out what was going on with the work or what the next step would be and when it would happen. They did not call me to keep me informed or tell me what was going on. The work failed the city's inspection for not having the electrical box properly labelled, proper caps on the outside unit where they add freon, and the return in the attic was too close to the unit to allow access to the unit. All of these items should not hae happened. A company should know what the requirements are for inspection and code. By code the return was too close to the unit in the attic.
I received a call from Weathermakers asking when my final payment would be paid and I told them that the job was not finished. I could tell that this was honestly not known. The girl was very apologetic and notified upper management and the sub-contractor was sent to finish repairing the hole in the ceiling. I will use them again, but communication with the customer needs to improve.

This contractor was the HVAC installer for the equipment in our new home. They have been back semi-annually to effect preventive maintenance. The work is always professional and thorough. As a result, we have enjoyed uninterrupted use of both heating and AC for the last four years.

It was a rooftop unit so that was difficult. They had to block the street and get police to direct traffic. They were very good, they were professional, they were timely, and they came when they said they would. They gave my tenants window units to use until they got it fixed which was huge.

They were very good, they had a good brand of AC units and they were competitive while having the same type of equipment as the other quotes which is why I went with them. They did good work, they were a little slow but they did a good job. I've not had any problem with them and I still use them for my follow up work. I would give the customer service an "A". I would recommend them, I had no issues or difficulties with them.

They were polite and on time. They just didn't have as good a deal as the guy we eventually used.

The "TEAM" was two people who showed up on time the first day, but left early each day. We were without heat (in January) for 3 days and 2 nights. The whole job was supposed to take 3 days and it took a full week. (probably because there were only two people working it and they were leaving by 2:30 each day). The unit was installed well, and runs great. I had to remind them twice to clean up thier mess, but they knew what they were doing. I think that a job of this scope should have had at least a team of 4-5 people to get it done in the prescribed time.

It went good, overall. They got it all done in one long day and it has been working fine since. The best part of it was that when I got the estimate they were willing to discuss adding certain things on or not as I wanted, where as other places that I had contacted wanted to sell me a bundle even if I didn't need a particular item.
