I noticed that one side of the counter top where it came together was looking like it was separating. I called them back and talked to John. He came out and fixed it. He found out when it was installed that it wasn't leveled underneath. 

They were hesitant at first to come back. I had talked to the receptionist. I wanted to talk to the person that came out, and he came right back out. They did not charge me. They were very responsive.

They did a great job. They did it in one day. They were very clean and very nice. They were very accommodating. They even brought another piece of countertop in so that I could see what the whole slab looked like. They were excellent. The people in the office were excellent. It was a very positive experience. They were very clean and very much in and out. They were very professional. I think the price was good. I have a large kitchen and a small alcove bar area. I had priced a solid surface with something that looked decent from somewhere else and that was close to $6000. They have laminate now that looks like stone and is really nice. You don't have to treat it or anything. Granite can be more work. I would give them an "A+" for everything. I would definitely use them again in the future.

From the first contact to the final installation, this company was a pleasure to work with. John came out to measure the job and was very helpful providing guidance and suggestions. I was pleasantly surprised at his thoroughness. The home office followed up very quickly with what I thought was a very reasonable price quote. They even quoted a separate price for the demolition. I opted to demo the old counters myself which proved to be very easy and straightforward.
After paying 50% up front, I was told it would take approximately three weeks for the counters to be complete. Again I was surprised when 10 days later I got a call saying the counters were ready. We agreed upon a date and the two man crew showed up promptly within the timeframe communicated. The entire installation from start to finsh lasted took only 50 minutes. The crew was quick, efficient, and professional. I'm very picky and I have to say I was thoroughly impressed with the work the installators.
