Inspection was paid for by seller, so direct communication was with seller's agent. The provided invoice did a good write-up of termite piece, but had mention about moisture piece, thus making it hard to make further timely determinations. Eventually some aspect was provided by seller's agent but from the eventual repair, not the inspection. Would have been better to receive inspector write-up also. As this may be an indirect communication issue, I'd be willing to change the quality rating I currently have if I received such info, even after the fact.

They were good. They did the job that we needed to have done. They were very professional.

Douglas Randolph performed our yearly termite inspection. He was a pleasure to work with, scheduling was easy and he spent the extra time answering our questions. Will definitely continue to use them.

They are very honest. They didn t find anything when they checked and so we had another company come and they found some. So we had a third company come and they found even more. Tidewater paid the difference in the bill for both of the company s services. That was a very noble thing to do. They were polite and upfront about the entire situation and they are a pleasure to deal with.

They did a great job for half the price quoted by A-1 Exterminators of Chesapeake.

Although, Tidewater never actually found anything lurking around, they have always been very respectful as a company in general. They come as scheduled every appointment I make and they are always prepared in case they do find anything. The people are always nice and they always show respect. Sometimes I watch to make sure they check the home properly and I believe that they do. I do not feel they are cheating me in anyway.
