I called on a Friday and he came Saturday afternoon. Tune-up done at my house and was very reasonably priced. Will use again.

I called and was given an appointment on Saturday from 9 - 11 am. They showed up 10 minutes early and went right to work. He replaced the fuel solenoid and flushed the fuel line. Showed me the old solenoid and demonstrated the fault. Fired up and lasted about an hour and then shut off. Called and he returned today and replaced the fuel filter. Super professional, super follow up service. A PLUS!

All work was completed perfectly and at a far lower cost than any of the John Deere repair facilities. Further, the John Deere company wanted to pick up and take my tractor into their facility to fix the tire as they claimed that the could not fix the tire on the premises. This company was able to fix the tire on site. I saved the very expensive service cost of having the tractor picked up and returned, and I know that it would have taken longer for the John Deere company to fix and return my tractor (which means I would have lost valuable time.) Furthermore, I had asked a John Deere repair facility to repair the bagging compartment on two occasions and it was never repaired. This company actually fabricated a solution for the bagging comparment on the spot, doing what the John Deere company had never been able to do. Prior to this fix, I had secured my bagging compartment with either a bungee cord (which was not safe) or with a pulley system that was very ineffective. I am delighted that my bagging compartment area will now close securely. I know that the cost of the repair of the tractor by a John Deere facility would have been three times what I was charged. This is by far the best service I've ever had and I am so very grateful! Never again will I go to a John Deere company for the repair of my tractor.

This person only came out twice as stated originally. He fraudulently cashed a check in August that he said he would shred in May. I had to end up paying $116 to get the entire carburetor replaced as he was not supposed to spray whatever he did directly into my carburetor, which in turn ruined it. It now runs perfectly after a real company actually repaired it, which he could not do after 2 tries. I will be pursuing this issue further with the city and state to prevent this terrible circumstance from happening to someone else.

They showed up on time and walked me through all the repairs that needed to be performed.  Mower is running great now and is ready to tackle the yard again.  Also gave me some great pointers on my gas powered weed eater.  I will definitely call him and his assistant again in the future.  This is a truly convenient way to get your lawn equipment serviced!!!

He and his helper came to our home to repair the lawn mower, they were on time, courteous and did an excellent job..  I would recommend them and will definitely use them again.

Good experience,  Tom came out to my house and took a look at the mower.  After a few minutes of diagnosing (it stayed running even after releasing the kill switch handle) he concluded that it was a stuck control cable.  After taking the cable off and trying to clean it off to reuse, he determined that it could not be cleaned/repaired and that a new cable was the fix.  Installed the new cable and had it working within an hour or so.  The 55.00 reflects his standard $35 service charge and $20 for a new cable.  Very reasonable and convenient. I would recommend him over the hassle of taking it to a shop and having to get it back later (I was quoted over a week at some places).

I couldn't get my push mower started on Sunday, reached out to The Lawnmower Man, Inc. on Monday, had my appointment on Thursday, and was mowing by Thursday evening.
Very professional and organized in correspondence and appointment set up, the mechanic was pleasant and helpful, and was able to get my mower running. Also, the service cost was less than I expected. It was a very positive experience, and I strongly recommend anyone looking for lawnmower repair to call The Lawnmower Man, Inc.

I cannot recommend this company enough. Tom was on time and very knowledgeable and professional. My mower stopped running in the fall and wouldn't start. Tom diagnosed the problem in less than ten minutes and had the new part I needed right on his truck. He also offered to sharpen my blades while he was there. He also ave me some advice and the parts I needed to fix another problem I was having with the mower. Just a great company.

We called for an appointment for repair and tune ups at the beginning of the week and they were able to get us scheduled for Friday. Work was done efficiently to a high quality level, as always, and they were as professional as we expect. The price was very reasonable and we will definitely continue to use their services for the value and convenience!

Well he tried everything, but still couldn't get it to start. He was very professional. I gave the overall score a C and price a B because nothing got fixed, but it was actually very reasonable for all the time he spent trying to get the mower to work. My mower could just be an anomaly. If it would work, they'd get A+.

Tom arrived within time frame for appt and he called before coming as I had requested. He diagnosed the problem with my mower and informed that I needed a new battery. Great service, at an affordable rate, and he comes to you! Will definitely use again.
