It was excellent.

They're topnotch. It's good. It's high-quality and low price. The quality was topnotch. They were very knowledgeable. They were polite and they knew the product. They're cheaper than just about anybody out there.

It went smoothly the associates in Floor trader were friendly and easy to work with. They had what seemed like a deal $89 whole home installation. I had the carpet installed in 3 bedrooms, closets, hallway closets, hallway, and a stairwell So my installation was 251.50 payed to a 3rd party company they use for installation. Overall it was easy to do business with them and If i need carpet again I will probably check the out first.

The salesmen at Floor Trader were great. I even liked the crew that came in to install the floors. However, a week after the floors were installed, two of the transition strips came up. We've tried calling the installer five times and emailed him his twice. We never heard a word back. We called the store and they said they'd be in touch, and we never heard anything from them either. So, now we have great floors with no transition strips. We tried to both nail and glue them ourselves, and weren't successful.

Eric was floor manager.  He priced match everything I bought. I bought the flooring at a great price.  The installation was also at a very reasonable price.  They were great.  I bought carpet and hardwood floors.  The product was a white oak and was expensive but by the time I price matched the hardwood was cheaper than carpet.  He did a great job in price matching he never told me that he could not get me what I needed.   There was one tile he could not provide so he gave me $100.  The installers worked on parade of homes, they were knowleadagble.  Eric kept maintaining the schedule for installers eventhough he did not have to, his job was just ordering the flooring.

I had a very good experience dealing with them. Those guys are excellent. They put the floors down in one day and they were just excellent. The guy had already come in and while he was there he measured the rest of the house for carpet. The floors are absolutely beautiful and they just did an outstanding job. We're going back today to check on carpets for our upstairs.

No pressure from sales team. Roger was great. It took one day. Went above my expectations. I've already referred them to two of my friends.

I worked with Ben, the GM of Floor Trader Chesapeake and Virginia Beach, on a job for our office in 2012. They put together a strong quote and did an excellent job to the extent that we hired them at our office for additional jobs. For our home, their team worked with us to select the right tile and offered a fair price (and I am a price shopper). He also recommended the installer. Our tile was delayed in arrival due to Hurricane Sandy and the Floor Trader team kept in touch with me frequently on the status of the order and offered to make other selections if we were in a hurry. We were not and chose to stick with the selected tile regardless of delivery time. Once the order arrived, Floor Trader did a great job helping coordinate the installer with our availability - which is a service that I found non-existent with big box stores. The installers arrived on time and completed the job in the estimated time frame including clean up and replacing all appliances. We are considering a new home that is a fixer upper. Even if we select to go with a General Contractor, I will insist that they use Floor Trader for our materials.

This company did very good work on our carpeting. They finished the job in a timely manner. Everything was done correctly. They were very nice and helpful throughout the entire process. This company is worth calling if anybody needs carpeting put in.

They did a fantastic job with all the flooring. There were no problems in any of it. The men were good to work with and listened well to what I wanted. I would recommend them to anyone. I felt their price was reasonable.

The carpet they put in looked very nice. They actually did some altering to it so it would look right. I was very happy with the work these guys did. The price was fantastic. I don t think I would use anybody else again. They did everything exactly like I wanted them to. They deserve a good recommendation.

Stone Mountain Carpet Mill had excellent service for what I was looking for in particular. The padding I got through them was of exceptional quality and cost almost as much as the discount carpet. The installation was perfect and my carpet looked and felt great. I had no problems with anything during or after the process. I couldn't recall the price off the top of my head.
