My niece recommended them to me . She had a bathroom tile problem with some floor damage underneath as well.
My problem was my upstairs carpet it had not been replaced in several years. The steps had been by a friend.
Gave Floor Store a call. Greg came out measured and matched the sample to the carpet in my other rooms. The installers were
courteous and professional. The whole job took about 2hrs and they cleaned up afterwards.
I am especially pleased with my stairs they look fantastic.
