Wow! I am so impressed with this company. I have had a few bad experiences in the past so I was nervous about calling a cleaning company again but I'm so happy I called Super Helpers. I have a very large house, 3 cats and was expecting a lot of people for a baby shower. I knew I could not get it all clean on my own, especially since I really really wanted a deep clean....clean cabinets, clean baseboards, etc. 
Customer service was very friendly, polite and prompt when I called for appointment. The two lovely ladies who arrived to clean were also super friendly. They went right to work and cleaned, cleaned, cleaned. They cleaned the entire downstairs (big kitchen, 1/2 bath, den, dining room, front room and entryway) as well as 2 full baths upstairs, the stairs and hall. And let me tell you, they cleaned EVERYTHING. The cabinets and baseboards looked amazing, all the knick-knacks were dusted, shelves and tables clean....I can't even list everything.

They got there on time.  Were nice, friendly cleaning gals.  They used a vacuum that had a dog smell, so would have them use mine next time.  They did a quick job and seemed to cover everything.  A little pricey compared to other cleaners I have had, but overall did a good job.

Super Helpers is a great cleaning business.  We needed a cleaning service because we were pushed for time because of an unusually busy schedule.  The first time they came to clean our home, it was a deep-clean service. Not only was our home clean, even in parts unseen by the naked eye, our stress level went way down!  Our home looked sparkling clean and smelled (not overbearing) clean. They are also very professional at all levels.  I had to reschedule several times.  Jeana was very prompt in responding to us and was very accommodating in rescheduling.  Another area of professionalism was shown in the ladies that cleaned our home.  They were polite, friendly, and did not waste time in getting to work!  Afterwards, they wanted me to take a look to make sure I was pleased with their work.  I definitely was pleased!  This is a cleaning service that we can trust to get our home like we want it to be!

The overall experience was very good.  My bathroom looks brand spic and new.  They were thorough enough.  They spent two hours doing the bathroom and the floors.  I will definitely use them again in the future.

I hired this service using a groupon coupon, the groupon stated house cleaning for $75.  No time frame was indicated on the groupon.  The housecleaners arrived at my home at 0930, it took about 15minutes for me to tour the house with them.  As they began I could tell that one of the cleaners moved as"slow as molasses".  I was not concerned as I did not realize there was a time limit.  At 1130 they announced that I had hit the 2 hour mark and that if I wanted them to finish the house I would need to pay extra.  At the 2 hour mark they had cleaned 2 bedrooms, the media room and the master bathroom.  Approximately 1200 square feet (or about 1/2) of my home.  I have had bi weekly service for the past 4 years and 2 cleaners easily finish my house in 2 hours.  I finished my house in about 1  hour.  When I called the office to complain I was told "I am sorry the cleaners could not finish your house in the time they were allotted."

I'm not impressed. I requested cleaning for every other week. First, they couldn't come on the day I asked for. We worked out another day, they came for the first one, and forgot to come two weeks later. I had to call and ask them to come back, but then they again couldn't come on the day requested. When they did make it (on another day), two people came and to be fair, one seemed to do a much better job than the other. They were supposed to wipe down the kitchen cabinets and there were still spills on them. The floors still had dirt in the corners, and generally, it just didn't look as nice as should be expected. Finally, when I got the bill, it was more than the previously agreed upon price. Overall, with so many cleaning services out there, I'm going to try another one.

I was not impressed with them. They never did what they said they would do. They used to do only surface cleaning and they missed cleaning in many places.
