+ -1 moreNo work was done by Stutz Plumbing even though I found them on Angies List and called them first. Another company did a great job fixing a slow leak.
Description of Work: No services were performed because the plumber did not call me back. Either he never received my message from his answering service, chose to ignore my message, or no longer works as a plumber. The answering service was short, glib, and not particularly interested in taking the message about a non-emergent plumbing job. I wanted to give to Stutz Plumbing this job since they were right in the same area, but I had to give the work to another company.

+ -1 moreI will continue to use them for future service. They are close and they are fair. I have to wait awhile sometimes but he's a single operator and I don't consider this a problem. If I ever have an emergency, he'll be here!
Description of Work: I've been using Stutz for years. The most recent time they came out, five months ago, was to replace a commode in the bathroom. Over the years they've unplugged drains and toilets. They do all of my plumbing work.

+ -1 moreWe had a frozen pipe that had burst and needed someone right away. My neighbor gave me the name of a good plumber who came out and fixed it right away. I was happy to have his name. He did good work and we haven't had any problems since.
Description of Work: He fixed a leak from a frozen pipe in the crawl space under our home.

+ -1 moreThey were a real nice company to do business with and they showed up on time. They explained to me what they were doing. They hauled our old water heater away as part of their service. We haven't had any problems with any of the work this company had done for us.
Description of Work: They removed and installed a new hot water heater for me.

+ -1 moreStutz Plumbing & Heating did a very good job installing our heating system. Everything worked great after the installation and we have not had any problems with it. I am 80 years old and I don't remember much anymore so I couldn't recall the price of the system.
