Went well and as expected

The Well and pump have had significant issues since it was installed.  The provider was often agitated he had to come out and repeatedly fix the various issues.   The first well did not provide enough flow according to the provider and he asked me for additional fees to cover the permit for the second well.  I graciously agreed and he assured me he would get it working.  This has been the worst home purchase I have made since I've moved in.  This year the pressure has failed and the sprinklers will not pop up, causing some areas to flood and others not to get watered at all.  I have made several attempts to get the provider back out to fix the issue.  He advised he has lost money on this job and refused to come our unless I give him some more money.  He has failed to return messages and phone calls.  I've tried to settle this professionally, but have now been forced to hire someone else to come in and clean up his mess!  All my neighbors have no issues with their wells and they only have one.

Mark and his team were outstanding. I could not have asked for a more professional contractor. His team did exactly what they said they were going to do. They came when I expected them and they were completed when they said they woudl be completed. They had been recommended by others in my neighboorhood and now I know why. Great contractor...do not hesitate to use them...and they were very competitive in price. Great experience.

We were sick of chasing garden hoses around our yard and wanted to install an irrigation system. There are so many irrigation companies that subcontract out the well drilling aspect. We looked at several, but wanted to find a company that could perform both services, if possible. We found Stuarts Well Drilling and Irrigation by word of mouth. They came highly recommended. We were not disappointed! Mark is wonderful! He came out promptly and gave us an estimate, explained the entire process and answered all our questions. His crew started the following week. They were absolute professionals and did an incredible job! Our landscapers accidently broke one of the irrigation heads, when we called Mark it was replaced the next day. I HIGHLY recommend Stuart's Well and Irrigation. Mark has been doing this for many many years - you can't go wrong with Stuarts for well drilling and/or irrigation systems!
