Spartan was punctual and did a great job for us. The TV was mounted using a bracket we had already purchased. The wires were hidden behind the wall and a new receptacle box (white to match trim in room) was installed. Overall it looks nice and professional.

Wires left hanging not tied up dvd player not rehooked up. Did not go well not satisfied. I called the company the same day and i was told the crew would be went out again. Never heard from them again. Tv works well!

The technician showed up on time. The job was completed quickly and very professionally. They mounted a TV wall mount which they provided and mounted the flat screen TV. The install a cable cover to hid the TV cables and cords. I would use them again.

They gave me a 3 hour window and showed up on time. Travis and Kevin were extremely professional and made sure I understood some of the nuances of the system. It took less than an hour and they made sure everything was straight and cleaned up. I was very pleased with their service and would gladly use them again.

The job did take a little longer than expected, but the crawl space is really tight, that is why I decided not to do it myself. I also had him hook everything up, which I wasn't going to do at first, but I really felt he knew what he was doing so I decided to let him do it all. He did cut me some slack on the bill because I bought a new universal remote which was half of the price. It works really well! He had it on the truck, which was quite a surprise. He programmed it to control all my components and I love it. Very little learning curve. I had purchased one over a year ago and never used it because of moving and etc., it turned out to be defective and that took some time to figure out. The new one is better anyway. The workmanship was excellent and it looks and sounds great. He even performed the sound balancing procedure to balance the sound for the room. I was thinking of purchasing a new sub-woofer but he said what I had sounded great and was not necessary, that saved me about $500. He did recommend a high quality sound bar that I will probably upgrade too in the future and I will certainly call them to install. I highly recommend John and his company! He and his assistant were professional, very knowledgeable and friendly. They cleaned up everything and left no mess behind. If you are thinking of setting a AV system in your family room as I did or a purpose built theater room, call them. You won't be disappointed!
