Bobby is a true professional.  We found Bobby through a referral and he helped to make our home run smoothly.
We had decided to remodel a home we recently purchased.  We had clogged pipes, a broken toilet, needed a new garbage disposal, just about everything including the kitchen sink. He provided detailed quotes of what we wanted and needed.  He called the night before each time he came for a project.  He always showed on time and got the job done right.  We are thrilled with the results.  Everything is running great and looks good too.  I highly recommend Smith Plumbing Services.

Had a garage fire, first needed help with the hot water heater as I could not get the pilot light re-lit. Bobby could not get to it but he said he had another guy that he could get out to the house. Within 45min of my call I had hot water again.
Discovered that the gas line was leaking gas at 8pm one night, called to the answering service, with in 20min Bobby was on the phone asking if I wanted him to come that night. Told him no it could wait till the next day as I shut the gas off. Came next morning repaired the leak.
Second time I have used Bobby and both times he has responded immediately and got my problems fixed. Great customer service that you don't find much of these days.

He completed the work in less than a day. He is a local guy, born here and raised here. He is dependable and I've known him for quite a while. I've used him 2-3 times. He replaced a faucet for me in the past.
