FANTASTIC! Very pleased. Wish all my recent work done around my home went this well with such quality and consideration. They aim to please, and they do. Gave us a great price and even better work.

I found out about Jim from a friend who had just hired him to remove several stumps for him. My friend said the work went well so I called Jim out to give me an estimate as well. I had to have two trees cut down as they were growing too big and too close to the foundation of my townhouse. That tree service refused to grind the stumps because and quot;they were too close to the foundation.and quot; Jim came out, took a look, and said he'd be able to do it.
Jim and his workers were softspoken, listened carefully, and went above-and-beyond to make sure I was satisfied with their work. Jim has obviously invested a lot of money in his equipment and is able to maneuver his grinder remotely to make sure he gets at everything he needs to. Afterwards, they spent just as much time cleaning up the area and making sure they didn't leave a ton of work for me to finish. Even more amazingly, he was willing to come back a few weeks later after I had cleared out some brush that was hiding more of the root structure.
I've spoken to a lot of landscapers, roofers, chimney repairmen, and other contractors in my time at this townhouse and I've been the most pleased with Jim's performance. He was worth every cent I paid him.
