Our AC went out sometime this morning (Sunday). I asked for recommendations from my Facebook friends and Shane was offered. I called and left a message, which he returned within a half hour. He came out after his daughter's basketball game, quickly found the problem and offered up a reasonable price to fix and replace. We also discussed the age of the unit, when it replacement may needed (3-4 years), and what a proper maintenance schedule should be. Shane is now my HVAC guy!
