I was last with them last March and I spent $20. I think they did a great job. The last time I took my dog in and he had a rash and they noticed it so they used a special shampoo and gave him special care and they didn't charged me extra.

They provide as much as a home atmosphere. They have play time. There is like a big living room and there is always someone to look after the pets. Matter of fact I went there one day to pick him up and he was like walking around like he was home. It was like and quot;Oh you're hereand quot;! He's a rat terrier. They listen to you, with all the little things you want done.

My yorkie is a rescued dog so I had no idea how she would react to the grooming. She was nervous but the groomer was very patient and did an amazing job on her. I don't know. But they were GREAT with her. We're going back today for another spa day.

I had to wait a week for an appointment for the bath and clip, but it was worth the wait. The staff were friendly, polite, and listened carefully while I told them about my older dog's quirks and needs before I dropped her off. They also took care of my other dog's grooming before I left, so he didn't have to hang out all afternoon for 10 minutes of grooming. Both dogs received exactly what I requested in a very reasonable amount of time and the one I dropped off for the bath and clip was ready exactly when estimated. The prices were very affordable and the dogs seemed happy. The facilities seemed cleaned and well maintained and the environment was very pleasant. I'll be taking my dogs back again.

Overall the experience was the best I could have ask for! Remy was really nervous and shaking with I originally dropped him off; but upon my return I was happy to see Remy running around like he had found a new home and friend in the owner Kim and her assistant (Lindsey). I had tried a couple other places to have him groomed but the experience at the other places was not like the one Remy and I experienced at Serenity Pet Spa. They allowed running to run around in the backyard located in the back of their place of business. He was not caged up the entire time and he made some friends at the spa. And let's not forget to mention how great he looked. I absolutely loved the way he looked and smelled. Remy's coat was perfectly cut and groomed. I didn't feel as though I was dealing with strangers they absolutly love dogs and what they do. I like to say that Remy picked his own groomer.
