We spoke at length with them about an addition we wanted to add to our home.  I provided pictures and details and spoke at length about the room we wanted.  The design they came back with was very disappointing, and didn't look anything like the room I had envisioned.  I felt like they were worked hard to make us come around to what they wanted to build us, instead of the other way around.
