When the guy came out he said the my ac was shot so he sold us on what he said was a step above the Lennox ac that we had. I keep asking him if the BTU was the same. he stated YES it was even a better one then we had. I again told him I did not want one that was not able to keep my home below 70's in the hot heat since we are day sleepers and work nights. This is why we had a larger ac then what was required by the size of our home. He again said that it will be. Later that day two men came to install it and they did a professional job. this was in the middle of July. At first I was happy with the AC for it kept my home cool even in the triple digit hot days usually around 67. But this summer stared out not so good. The ac started freezing and when the tech came out he said "oh it is over charged" so he removed some of the Freon and said it was fixed. Now a month later the ac would not work. I called them and they say "oh we cant get there till Friday" I questioned this for they told me when I bought the ac that they would have someone come out the day I call. And if you look at their ad it says "same day service" but that is not going to happen. So I had a second company come out and assess the ac and they informed me that the as that was installed was a bottom of the line ac and will not keep m home cool in the high heats. So not only did I get lied to about their same days service calls but I was lied to about the ac. and I paid cash for the item and I requested a larger unit. So this family in Idaho is not a happy camer.

Bad in the end beware. This company is out of business and Im finding out why six yrs later. Wayne seemed professional and knowledgable having used then Climate Control for service on old system. When it finally came to replace the old system they ended up recommending options I now find out were inappropriate for my system and have been preventing adequate flow thru the air exchanger and the system has been running too hard for the last 6 yrs. They never could really dx the problem. I trusted them and got burned now I have to pay to correct the poor installation originally. Beware they have changed business names before. I had another service come out and also found that Right Now had never really corrected a ducting inflow problem (present when the house was built) that was causing the system to work harder. The result is a coil began leaking. Should have been under warrenty right (10 yr for coil) but no Wayne had put in only a 5 yr coil and I didn't know it. So $1500 later my downstairs system is now back up and running.I trusted this company, and was burned. What ever name this firm resurfaces under - beware. Go elsewhere.
