Took almost 6 months from the planning phase to the completion of work. I met with someone to draw up a plan and then never heard from them. I called and no one replied. Eventually, I got a hold of someone but had to start the process all over again. It was annoying to say the least. They had a good reputation which is why I chose them but the run around was unreal. In the end, the price was good but the customer service was aweful.
