Called for an estimate to power wash our home as well as our roof. Was told that they would need to see the house before being able to do the roof. They arrived on time, but were not prepared. I had to provide them rags because they were out of them by the time they arrived. They provided estimate for roof, which was about average but were not prepared to do it that day. After powerwashing the house, they just left. They didn't move the outdoor furniture or plants back to where they were before arriving or cleaned up after themselves. For today's prices, customer service is very important.
