I have a contract that allows me to get all of my scheduled maintenance done there. You pay for it upfront. Every 5000 miles I take my car in. They're very attentive and make sure that you know if there is any problems with your car.

I'm not using them anymore. Their customer service is lacking, it seems like the volume of vehicles that they handle, they have a very standoffish approach towards customer issues. They claim they have the largest maintenance department on the east coast and I believe because of that they're not as approachable.

I go there for vehicle inspection in February, I do not go for oil changes in between because I do not drive my van more than six thousand miles a year my van usually is three thousand miles low the mileage that I have to have a oil change when I go for an annual inspection, I do not use this thing a lot and for the last couple of inspection they have found like thousand dollars of repair that needed to be done and I don't think it needed to be done, this time they said there was something the brake fluid was leaking and I had to replace something under the car because if I didn't I would be driving down the road and the car which go out of control and I would loose the ability to steer and all those kind of stuff and I said what kind of fluid and they said brake fluid and I said brake fluid has nothing to do with that but cant you just put in more brake fluid and they said no it's full we can't put in anymore and I said wait you just said it's leaking.

I would give them an F. I spent $16 but they wanted me to spend $3500. I have 3 vehicles and there is one that I don't drive often but I take it up there to get an oil change. Last year, I had a full maintenance and had a bunch of parts replaced. So this year I dropped it off and they called me and said, 'Sir, you need to replace all of this stuff. I am like, 'I've only driven it 5000 miles so if that means that all that equipment has to be replaced and that means that Toyota is liable for the parts and labor'. They said, 'Well, let me call you back'. They said, 'Oh our computer systems were down and we couldn't see it' but the first phone call they said the mechanic had looked at my vehicle and said that these things needed to be replaced. That is why they have an F on professionalism because they basically lied to me then wanted to charge me for parts and labor that wasn't required.
