Two very nice gentlemen came out to inspect the house. Was told they would get back to me with an estimate. Two weeks went by and no response. Called and was told person that the person that came out was on vacation and would call when he got back. Two more weeks have passed and still no call. All total it has been a nearly month since they first came out. Very disappointing.

They showed up on time, provided the inspection and recommended some work. The estimates were detailed and cost was reasonable. I would recommend Priority Pest to other home owners.

I have a relationship with this company back to 2010.  I spent several thousand dollars to treat rats and ants.  This year I had five visits from this company which were not effective.  Whether they changed their  treatments or personnel, this company does not do their job and are totally ineffective. After 4 visits from their techs, I still have ants coming into my home in my bathroom and occasionally into the kitchen.  Also, I never got a call from anyone to see if their service was effective, even after I had to call back 3 times. It was as if the service they provide is what it is, and I paid for it, and that is that.  I am surprised by the extremely poor service and even a snarky attitude from the "Inspectors" who came to my house. I would have given them an F rating except that, in the past, they were very good.  I would hope they would call me after this rating and explain why they were not able to control ants going into my house.  By the way, I bought Terro ant baits at Lowe's and attracted a bunch of ants with this $4 bait to my house.  That at last stopped the ants in one part of my house.  That is a lot less than $75. I don't want to have to pay for a poor attitude and poor service. If I could, I would ask for my money back. What is really insulting to me is that, the last "inspector" who visited was surprisingly rude, asking me, "What do you want me to do?".  If I had been equally snarky, I would have answered, "Do your job and treat for the ants." This company is not worth your time.

Priority has been providing pest control for our home for over a year.  They come out quarterly. Initially they provided plastic and replaced some insulation that was destroyed by some 'critters' which were living in our crawl space. The critters are gone and the crawl space is clean and dry.

Prompt detailed info and inspection. Reported findings. Then set up appointment with tenants. This was for a rental property we own.

After I did much research on current termite treatments, I selected this company and called for an inspection.  Mark S. returned my call promptly and discussed the scope of work.  He came at the appointed time, conducted the inspection, shared his findings with me and we discussed the types of treatment.  He also advised me on wood replacement and moisture control, but noted that I was already working on those items.  He did not try to upsell these items; that was good because I was not going to be fooled into things that I did not need.  We agreed on a scope of work, price, and date.  Jake showed up on time, assured he could complete the job by himself on a Saturday, and got started.  He took hardly any breaks, completed the termite drilling/treatment, minor fungus spray at the porch joist area, cleaned up after himself, and even removed some rotted wood from around the garage slab under the house (that was not in the scope of work).
Since Jake had to pull the plastic back and trench in the crawl space; he asked if I wanted him to put the plastic back in place.  Due to the need for the sand to dry, I told him I would take care of it.  This would also allow for my inspection of his work.  All work was performed as Mark S. said it would be.  My only negative comment is that there was no follow up after the work.  No one called to see if all went well and to see if I was satisfied.  I also would have been highly impressed if the tech had showed up after 2-3 days and smoothed the sand back into the trench and put the plastic back in place.  I would have paid a bit more for this additional service and would have tipped the tech $50.
I am very satisfied.  I will use this company again and will recommend them to others needing this service.  I do urge them to establish a follow up service to determine satisfaction.

We are already acknowledging our techs in our weekly meetings and have incentives in place to reward excellent service. Thank you again for your input. It is always welcome!!!"

The technicians have always been polite and professional.  Over the past year, the products were unsuccessful.  I had them back numerous times for the same ants and spiders during the summer.  There are additional fees.  Although I had a contract and insurance with them, the termite treatment had to be done several times. Now, that it's warm, the ants and spiders that just slowed down over the winter came back with the ants swarming my kitchen. I called the company and said please try something different and they did use a better product.  My question is why did they not do this the second or third time last summer.  With the termites, it was the same thing.  If if didn't work the first or second time, why didn't a company choose to use a better product on their own.  I called today because the termites are back.  I understand imperfection, I understand trial and error, but the treatment I got was inexcusable.  Apparently, there were two dissastisfied clients on the phone., The GM, Scott Pilkington picked up the phone, he went off on me, the customer. It was a very scary, angry person that I spoke to. After, berating me, I tried to end the conversation by just saying I thought it better to get my termite treatment and not renew my contract.  Mr. Scott says let me check and laughs. Then he says that there are no appointments until after my contract expires.  I am not sure what is going on with the company, but the Priority Pest, over the past year and definitely not the one represented by today's G.M. is very different from the one I did business with my first year.  My Pilkington, General Manager/Owner,  I hope that you get help for your anger issues.  You made me very sad for those wondeful people who work with you.
FYI-As  I typed this a young lady called to schedule an appointment.  I let her make the appointment, but I'm not sure I'll have them back in my house.  I trusted them the first year and but what I just experienced was scary and I no longer trust the company Mr. Scott Pilkington runs.
I would like to give the company an F rating due to the products, materials, and the scary GM, but the technicians and appointment setters who probably have little control over the products or methods were great.
Response from Priority Pest Services

"I have tried to contact the member since last Thursday. I finally left a lengthy message letting her know that we wanted to resolve the problem and wanted to speak to her. The member has been a customer since 2008 and we wanted to keep it that way. The charge she was talking about ($100) was just an annual renewal fee which she pays every year. I really do not know what else to do if she won't answer the phone or return my call. We are very that she feels this way and would like the opportunity to correct it."

Priority was very pleasant to work with and coordinate via phone.  I had an appt set.  They actually called about 2 hours prior to my appt and asked if it was ok to come by because they were already in the area.  I was more than happy to oblige.  The guys were very professional and courteous.  Took care of treating all necessary areas and at the same time respected the inside of my home.  They took off their shoes inside, they were not intrusive about putting chemicals everywhere, only necessary places.  I was very appreciative of their services.  Haven't had any roach sightings inside the house since then.  The paperwork was easy to follow, and they took their time to explain contract.  Very smooth operation.  Would use again.
