Storage
I had to store much of my belongings prior to a military PCS move. I chose Mini Price Storage and I am glad that I did. Didn't think that personal service and professionalism are important for a self-storage facility - well it makes a difference. I was completely satisfied with the services delivered. Allow to expound.
First, their price was competitive with four other facilities I visited in my area. And, the facilities are climate controlled. That makes a difference in May through August. I've done this both ways and didn't think that I would ever pay for climate-controlled self-storage. Well, now I don't think I will ever do it any different.
Second, use of their truck was crucial to me getting my belongings in with little hassle. It took me six trips in my F150 to clear out. I can't imagine six trips to carry into a non-climate-controlled facility during the month of July (in Hampton Roads).
Third, the staff is friendly, knowledgeable and prompt. They even gave me an ice-cream sundae on there customer appreciation day.
Bottom-line: competitively priced - superior service.
