They are the worst company out there... They WILL NOT stand behind their work.

My renter called last week to let me know the shower handles were leaking again. Premier was out there earlier this year and replaced the stems in the handles for me to fix a leak, so my tenant asked if we should just have Premier come back out there to address them again. Premier showed up and called me from the condo to let me know that the shower handles really needed to be replaced. Apparently the shower diverter pipe was rusted out and they really needed to replace the entire thing. They said the good news is there was access to the back of the shower thru an access panel and they make a replacement kit that was around $40. They also recommended I go back with a single handle versus the three separate handles so that less can go wrong in the future. I asked if that was cheaper and they said yes, if nothing else it would essentially be the same price. I told them to go for it. My tenant told me that once I gave them the green light they left for a couple of hours to go back to the shop to pick up the replacement kit and then returned and worked that afternoon replacing everything in the shower (i.e. handles, diverter, cut offs, and sprayer). The technician later called me to tell me what he had done. He basically told me everything I already knew (above) and also told me all about the cut off valves that he added in the back that he was not going to charge me for. I got the impression he did not want to give me the price but after asking him a couple of times he finally told me my total came to $1,680. I later received a call from a manager who said they would agree to reduce the price to $1,275 which I reluctantly paid. I cannot say for certain if this company is dishonest or simply VERY expensive but I will never be using them again.

Installation went well. During the quote, the tech was very good about informing me of options. Unfortunately, the pricer option was required. It took some time for them to complete the repair, but that was due to weather. They did not completely fill in the area after repairs were complete. So that would be my only real complaint regarding this vendor.

Technicians were two hours late. I had to contact office to ask when they would arrive. Two technicians. Not sure if that is standard policy or just who happened to be on truck that arrived. Leak was at low point in line and was told they could not get water to stop in order to sweat new piece in line. After two hours of contemplation technicians decided to use pressure fitting. Did not have that on truck and went to Home Depot for parts. Three hours plus after arrival completed work. Should not have taken that amount of time.

Everyone involved was very professional. The office staff kept me informed about costs, schedules and alternatives. The actual repair took a bit longer then expected and I feel that parts of the ground were not completed restored after the dig. We ended up having to take care of that. That aside, the process exceeded my expectations.

Excellent experinence. Ed was on the spot on time, very plesant and professional, courteous. Took care of all my issues including a trip to get parts in under 3 hours. Very knowledgeble, but listended to all my concerns when making recommendations. Price was reasonable and Ed made sure I was satisfied before leaving. I will definately hire them again (this is the 3rd time we have used them). Thank you Angies List for giving us a way to find tried and tested professionals.

So a couple of issues I had with this company. First, when I called for the estimate on replacing my electric how water heater for a gas tankless the first thing they said was "just so you know, those jobs start at $4,200" this was before I gave any information other than a general statement about a new water heater. This kind of put me off since it's not a great way to start a conversation with a potential customer but not a huge deal. I get why they do it. So we set up the estimate for today in the afternoon since I work and they only come out during working hours so I would need to take leave. So I am at work this morning and my roommate calls me and says that premier just showed up at the house at 8 pm as he was leaving for work. My roommate told the guy he could not stay since he was on his way to work and the homeowner (me) was not there. The plumber responded "that's ok I don't need the homeowner here, I just need to take a quick look at where the current water heater is". So he opened the door for him, he spent about 60 seconds in the garage and said ok, that's all I need. he then called me, left me a message. I did not call back as I do not plan on going with this company. I found it completely unprofessional that they just showed up when I was not there and at a completely different time than our scheduled appointment. The person who came has no idea what I am looking for or what options I wanted to look into. Every other company that came out spent about 20-30 minutes talking about options and what we can do. As far as friendliness, the women I spoke with each time I called were very friendly.

I agreed to the quoted price. He said he could get started on the repairs later that morning. Justin left to go purchase the needed toilets and parts. He returned as agreed on. He was able to fix the issue in the master bathroom toilet, replace the shut off valve, replace one toilet and shut off value in the downstairs bathroom and both shower faucets that day. I needed to have the second bathroom floor replaced before installing that new toilet. Justin returned the next Friday to install the second toilet. All work was done correctly. The only reason I only gave them a B for Punctually was he arrive a hour late on Friday and I was under a very tight time schedule that day. Yes, I would hire them again.

I called at 8am and a very friendly technician arrived by 9am. The task was done in the pouring rain with no complaints. I was very pleased with the service and the professionalism. I would recommend this company to all that need their plumbing needs taken care of.

Nick cane to unclog my bathroom sink which has had a slow drain for months. He showed up right on time and cleared it quickly. Would definitely hire again!

Rude man hung up on me in the middle of the phone call to find out if he could do the job

Showed up on time and was very thorough in explaining when we could use the tub again. Job looks great.

Quick response on a Sunday and work was done well

The tech was terrific. He removed the disposal unit, replaced the trap, cut and installed new pipe, and tested the seals in a very short period of time. It was amazing. Very professional and very efficient.

Ed arrived in less than an hour after my initial call. Located exterior clean out for main drain to city sewer. Found a clog under my front lawn using a drain clearing machine. Cleared the clog, restored free flowing drain. Done in less than hour, including paper work. Professional, responsive and explained what he was doing. Will definitely use this company again if the need arises for plumbing service.

The tech did answer my questions but the cost for replacing water heater ended up being more than double for what I had it done for. I knew their pricing has to be way off when I can buy a water heater for a third of their estimate at retail.

Discover the leak at 9pm on Saturday. Called Premier plumbing, Mike arrived in less than hour. He had the problem isolated and fixed in 30 min. Best of all the rates were very reasonable. I will be calling them for all my plumbing issues.

We broke a pipe removing a cabinet. Chris came showed up promptly, capped the pipe and was on his way.  He was efficient and had what he needed in the truck to do the job.
