Precision Plumbing & Drain Cleaning

Precision Plumbing came out to fix a leaky T and 90 degree. The work was subpar at best. They left trash in and around the house and did not clean up any of the water that was in the pipes, allowing it to sit on the encapsulation material in the crawl space. Additionally, piping that should have been removed was just left hanging in the wall, as it was easier to leave it, then pull it out and seal the crawl space back up correctly. To make matters worse, their technician left our garage door open, which allowed for 2 dogs to come into our garage. The technician continued to work with the random dogs in the garage and eventually shut them in the garage. The dogs ended up being in the garage for about 95 minutes in total and chewed two pairs of my daughters' shoes. They were only able to get out of the garage when they learned of the cat door. The technician was also heard on our security cameras laughing at how "Funny it was they were charging so much to install a T with a cleanout" because he decided not to use one as it was easier to use a rubber fitting and not replace the plumbing as it was originally. 3 days after these events and after sending videos and pictures of the "work," a supervisor did return and cleaned up and made the correct fixes. However, since Precision Plumbing doesn't value my time, there was no discount applied, and I paid the original quoted price. The supervisor was very polite and did thank me for allowing them the opportunity to return and correct the work. However, he also added that "If we decide to use them again, great! But if not, he gets it..." It is very apparent that they have more than enough customers and do not care about return customers. I paid them $490 for services that took two trips to get done "right" but will throw in word-of-mouth advertising for free!

These guys really rock. They have 18 reviews on Yelp and every single one of them is a full five stars. That is pretty rare and truly impressive. This company doesn't do any advertising so their entire business is driven by word of mouth and referrals. Every time they've been to my house they've done a great job at fair and reasonable prices, they also stand behind their work. I've had urgent plumbing issues in the past and Precision responded very quickly to take care of the problems. Today's visit wasn't urgent so it was planned ahead. I had called a few days earlier to schedule service for today, the woman I spoke with on the phone was very polite and pleasant. This morning, Mike called and said he was on the way to our house, he arrived on time and immediately went to work on the problems we were having. He completed work in our bathroom and kitchen in a timely manner and cleaned up after himself which was much appreciated. Throughout the service call Mike was pleasant and professional. He is an engaging young man who is very approachable and easy to engage in conversation. He demonstrated his competence and knowledge as he explained everything to us as he was doing it. Whether it's an emergency or just some plumbing things you need done Precision is on top of things. They consistently do great work. It doesn't matter who shows up for your service, everyone is completely competent and does great quality work. It's very difficult to find honest and competent service contractors in today's environment so I am very appreciative of the ability and integrity I've witnessed from Precision Plumbing & Drain Cleaning. I recommend them without hesitation.

He got to me within 15 minutes of me calling him. He could of charge me a fortune but he didn't he was very honest. I would give him A's all across the board. I would highly recommend.

I call him firs thing in the morning on Friday and he was there with 15 minutes. He did a good job. I definitely would use him in the future.

They were excellent, and quick.  The price was reasonable.  They were very courteous.  They went to the roof and cleared all my piping. He was here for 1 hour and 15 minutes.  I needed them quickly, and they came out within 2 hours. I highly recommend them.

Overall, the experience has been good. They only do and suggest what’s necessary, never doing anything that’s not really needed. If they aren’t able to do the work, they tell you and direct you to a company who will be able to. I’ve been happy with their services.
