PODS Moving & Storage

When they first delivered they ran over my flower bed and grass. They never called before delivery, as they said they would and they placed the Pod in the wrong location. When I first called they told me that I would get a prorated amount if they picked up before our due date. After final pick up they told me that they only prorate if it's 3 days after the start of your billing cycle. They also charge a $79 pickup fee. It's not worth the money. Your better option is to rent an actual storage unit. They, also, did not call when the picked up.

I was very happy. Everything was as they said it was going to be. They were on time. The price was probably on the high end.

It went fine because we had prepped the area in advance so that he had no difficulties delivering and picking up the POD

PODS is great, they delivered the POD (in Virginia Beach) promptly when requested, we filled the POD, literally from the front to the back. Called them to pick up the POD and they arrived exactly on schedule and stored our stuff for 4 months. Once we got a firm close date, we called PODS and they delivered the POD to our new home (in Williamsburg). The only problem is that for about 4 months everything we couldn't find 'was in the POD' now we can't say that.

PODS is a bit expensive but when you consider that the costs included moving the property from VA Beach to Williamsburg, it was probably reasonable costs.

They were on time.

We have found PODS to be very easy to work with. They make the whole moving process easy with leaving the container and then picking it up for storage. I feel they offer reasonable pricing for all that they do.
