Everything went very well. They promptly responed to my emails requesting a quote. They scheduled a time for just 3 days after I accepted my quote. They arrived right on time and completed the installation. They cleaned up after their work. Everything went perfectly. Looks great.

Rob did a great job! They installed the tv, and cleaned up before leaving. I would recommend him to anyone who needs to have their tv wall mounted. Very knowledgeable!

Appt. made within a week of my call.  The two men arrived on time with all necessary equipment.  Protective cloth was laid on the floor below the area. Measurements taken for approximately 8 pieces of wood to be cut.  Work done in garage. False wall put in - color blended with existing wood around the niche, but not visable when completed. Solid reinforcement to structure. TV attached - fit exactly. No mess, no problems.  Actually, the guys were very entertaining!!
P.S. Waivered between an A and a B for cost. I am not really sure of the rates of others, and my friends estimated that the cost would be less. But perhaps, it is average.

The Plasma Guys did a great job. I was very happy with their work. They were the only ones who did not blow me off like how two other A rated companies did. Robert was up front with any concerns, pricing, and suggestions he had. He even came out a second time before the actual install to ensure his company could do what was needed and planned for how to do it. Robert was great in responding to all of my emails in a timely manner. Although it seemed a bit pricey, the Plasma Guys were cheaper than other quotes I received. Robert even gave suggestions on where I can save money. I would definitely hire them again if another similar project were to arise. They do great work!

They installed my surround sound, and mounted TVs. The work was quality, however it was extremely pricey.

I was very pleased with how everything went with the mounting of the tv over the fireplace. Professional and nice guys to do business with. If I decide to have another tv mounted in my home, I will call them to do the job.

Plasma Guys were recommended by local TV repair shop. They hid the electrical and cable wires within the wall for a clean installation. They were professional, meticulous and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone.

My husband had the idea to wire the media room himself, but I knew he wouldn't be here while the house was being framed out. I looked up providers on Angie's List and found Robert. Robert met us out at the new house while it was in framing and spent a lot of time making sure he had enough information about the job. He also gave us some good things to think about with respect to the builders and making sure they were doing certain things correctly. Robert also made recommendations on speakers and invited us out to his own home theater so we could hear them. While we were at his house, he also had us listen to his outdoor speakers and right then, my husband and I knew we had to have outdoor speakers. And then we saw the IR and quot;eyeand quot; that controlled all the components that were tucked away. We were sold.
We found the estimate to be incredibly reasonable and hired Robert to do the work. He made excellent recommendations on speakers, placement and things the builder could do to make the final install easier, such as installing pieces of 2x12 in between certain studs in the media room to facilitate easier mounting of the screen.
As Robert was not an employee of the builder, the builder required certain insurance and Robert was very patient in working with the builder and me to make sure all the paperwork was in line for him to enter the job site. Far more patient than probably any other company would be.
All the speaker wires were run, including HDMI cables and speaker rings so that the drywall hangers would know where to cut out for the speakers and the outdoor speakers were pre-wired. About a week before we closed on our new house, I scheduled the final install with Robert. They arrived on time and went right to work installing all the speakers inside and out, hanging the projector and screen, hanging our other TVs on the walls in each room and making sure all the components worked correctly and were calibrated.
Overall a fantastic experience and if we need any other a/v work done, we'll definitely be calling Robert. We'll also be recommending him to anyone who needs any a/v work done. Robert was always easy to talk to and easy to get a hold of. Very positive experience!

The project went great and quick as they fit me in the same day as I called. They gave me a 20% discount like the deal states and even gave me some free supplies to help my system out. Great Job.

I was really impressed with the Plasma Guys from the time they answered the phone. Most of the service calls I make, normally i have to leave a message or wait for them to call back. They answered the phone and had answers right off the bat. I actually went to their web site and it was very informative. I had called a few other companies and I found that the Plasma Guys seemed more and quot;Genuineand quot; and I felt like they took pride in what they were doing by just our conversation.
They arrived on time, actually a few minutes early. They showed up in a professionally marked work vehicle and uniform shirts. Their technician was polite, clean cut, efficient and I could tell he knew what he was doing. He took the time to tell me what he was doing in the off chance I had to unhook something and knew had to re-connect.
I needed a wire for my system and thought that I would have to go up and buy one, they had it on the truck. There was also a point that they recommended a few things that saved me money and time. Money that could have gone into their pockets but they didn't take advantage of me.
They finished early, cleaned up all the mess and took the time to train me on use and go over how to use all my components and how to use the universal remote.
I would definitely recommend them to anyone. The price, the time, and the overall experience was perfect. The owner actually called after the install to see how things were going.
NOTE: I had some old Tube TV's and mounts that I did not want or need anymore. I offered the TV's to them and the owner actually has a program where he gives the TV's free to returning Military members and families. Very impressed.

Robert is extremely personable and made us feel comfortable. He provided an advanced, very competitive estimate and stuck to it. His work was precise and quick. He explained everything he would do before he did it. He remains available for questions after the work is done. He has even given us reliable recommendations for other businesses. Robert clearly cares about the work he does and the people he does it for. I have recommended him to friends and family and will continue to do so. Overall a great experience.

Formerly I have used Domes and another small shop. I will use Plasma Guys going forward.

It went great. They could have easily sold me on a new amplifier however, they instead double checked all my wiring and corrected a few missteps. The end result was all three of my zones playing crisp and loud with no additional equipment. Rob managed to fit me in when it was convenient for me and took the time once he got here to make sure everything was running as it should. This is the second time I have used Plasma Guys and I will definitely use them for my future audio/video needs.

Robert with Plasma Guys is awesome. We discussed everything on the phone and he met me bright and early on the scheduled day and got it all done. No mess. No fuss. Now my old 1920 house is up to speed~ I'm not a technical person but he explained everything to me in simple terms (something most tech people cannot do) and I understand everything. He made some suggestions on some future upgrades but never pushed anything! Even bought some of my old equipment that I was just going to toss out. He's the go-to person and so nice to deal with. It was a pleasure and I look forward to working with him on some upgrading before summer comes and we have a full house again! Thanks Robert!!

Fantastic! The guys arrived on time. They were friendly and completed the job in a timely fashion and cleaned up their mess. All I had to do was throw a box away. This is the 4th TV they have hung in my house and I can promise you the next TV I buy they will be hanging.

He was very professional. Explained everything he was doing so that I could understand it. He checked,and double checked, and trippled chedked until he isolated the problem. He brough state of the art equiptment with him,,which none of the other electricians that came out to try and find the problem did. He had through knowled of the Plasma TV and how electricity travels through it and the other components connected to it. After checking and checking again, he isolated the problem. I will certainly keep him in my phone book and make sure I use him for any type of couputer device, television, stereo or any other device we may want to add n the future.

Despite my small job and their busy schedule, the Plasma Guys found the time to squeeze me in and arrive promptly to complete the job.
