Description of Work: Despite having to rescedule due to snow storms, Mr. Smith came twice to my home in icey conditions to help us do some much needed maintenance on our 35+ year old piano. He was very informative and took the time to explain how to maintain my piano.

Description of Work: He said that my piano was not going to ever be in proper tune, so didn't want to take my money for actually doing a tuning service. He did show me several things about the piano and fixed a few things that were wrong and only charged me $20 for a consultation fee.
