DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! PERSONAL TOUCH IS NOT YOUR FRIEND. RHETT DOES NOT TAKE CARE OF ACTIVE DUTY OF VETERANS. DO NOT BELIEVE A WORD THAT MAN SAYS!!! They are the absolute worst. USAA forces you to use them or cash out and do it on your own. They know this and come in with big flowery promises in the beginning. Rhett, the owner, touting his military background as if he takes care of Veterans. BUT BUYER BEWARE!!! As soon as you sign the papers, they completely change. "Seven weeks and your home with be like new," they said. Ten months later, so much drama back and forth with them trying to get them to do their bare minimum job and our house was finally and POORLY complete. We had been living in an apartment for so long that we did not want to move back. We ended up selling the house and being completely done with that nightmare. PERSONAL TOUCH IS NOT YOUR FRIEND. RHETT DOES NOT TAKE CARE OF ACTIVE DUTY OF VETERANS. DO NOT BELIEVE A WORD THAT MAN SAYS!!!

I had Personal Touch Services repair water damage. They were assigned by USAA. My Project Manager was Nicole. Work was done in conjunction with homeowners and AHS. AHS caused major delays and I think Nicole did a pretty good job mitigating it. I would use Personal Touch again and I would ask Nicole to be my PM

PAY ATTENTION to the negative reviews. They share a common theme because we all experienced the same treatment from this company. If you are dealing with this company there is a good chance USAA directed you to them. These two numbers are your only chance to get things done. USAA Complaint Resolution Department 1-800-245-9362 Contractor Connect 678-629-0263 All the negative reviews tell the same story, the story that will become yours if you use this company. The two numbers above are your only hope. There will be a lot of flowery promises in the beginning and then you will be stuck in the grind. PROCEED WITH EXTREME CAUTION!!!

They were fired after 45 days. They did not show up to work, very disorganized. They take advantage of people. Money was taken and work was not done. Highly disappointed. Currently being sued to get money back for services. Another company was brought in and the work was completed in exactly 7 days. This includes mistakes made by Personal Touch. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

they caused water damage in my master suite. I hired them and I was being reimbursed by my insurance coverage. They went directly to the insurance coverage and got them to pay them more than the amount that I approved and we had agreed to for the work they performed. My insurance then cancelled my insurance coverage.

My experience with them went very good. I was very satisfied. They were very good about following up. After they did the repairs, we had a really bad weather in the area. They called to see how it was holding up.

Personal Touch responded quickly and provided a detailed estimate that I could forward to insurance company. They even broke it down into roof repair (not covered by the insurance) and interior ceiling and wall repair. They started 2 days after I gave them the approval. They removed the soaked drywall and insulation, dried the entire area with a dehumidifier, replaced the insulation and drywall, textured the ceiling and wall perfectly, and painted. They were very conscientious and cleaned up at the end of each day. The job was well coordinated and I was kept informed at each stage of the work. All the crew were extremely responsive and courteous through the work. They were a bit slow in working with the insurance company, but that only slowed their own payment. I simply appreciated not having to be in the middle to answer technical questions. I happily recommend them to friends.

From the very beginning Jim was fantastic to work with. We interviewed 2 other contractors and Personal Touch's price came smack in the middle. Going room by room, they took measurments and notes. When the estimate came in, everything we had talked about was accounted for in the pricing. Once work got started, all of my questions were answered without hesitation. They cleaned up at the end of each and every day. Work was completed on scheduled and the only extra expense was when my husband and I asked if they could add another project, which they did without hesitation, or significant price increase. Throughout the entire process, if I had a question or concern, all I had to do was contact JIm and he was right on it. He would either call me back during the same day or early the next. He was always friendly and incredibly helpful. Even now, several weeks later, I had something that came loose and needed to be repaired. I called Jim and he is sending someone over this week to fix it. After using Personal Touch, I am left wishing we had used them to update our house from the beginning. I honestly received much more than I bargained for.

They did exactly what they needed to do. They gave me an estimate way ahead of time. They showed up on time, returned all of my calls, and followed up afterwards to make sure everything was good. The price was reasonable.

They were very professional. They came out three times. They first came to give an estimate for the water damage that I had upstairs and downstairs. They were great with the insurance company. I had to file two separate insurance claims for the water damage. They worked hand in hand with the insurance company, and I didn?t have to do anything. They were not bad at all pricewise and were very reasonably priced. They were very thorough too. They set up a containment unit inside the house and changed three vents on top of my roof. They did an assessment of water damage in my attic. They took down some of the drywall and replastered it. They were definitely worth it. I would recommend them.

Aaron and helper arrived on time and described in detail how he was going to perform his work. I told him my concern for the recent TV cable installation which was laid on the ground rather than suspended from the joists. He installed the 6 mil PVC vapor barrier in a complete and secure fashion, without disturbing the TV cable, and left the work area clean.

I liked that he was personable. He was accommodating and helped us select the fixtures that we needed. It only took 3 weeks to do the entire job. He offered us good advice and helpful suggestions. He lived up to his company name and was personal. He ensured customer satisfaction by replicating a broken tile for us. He did most of the work himself along with his assistant. He always kept us in the loop of information.

They came out ASAP, had all the water out of my home in a matter of hours. It took a few days to completely dry out my home and everyday a person would come out to inspect and take moisture reading. I would recommend Personal Touch Services 100%.

This company was so professional. They did an excellent job and did everything they could to help me when the contractor that built the cabinet in the kitchen, that did not allow for the dishwasher to fit properly. They arrived when they said they would and were pleasant and knowlegeable. They totally cleaned up after themselves and the work was neat and everything works the way it should. After a year of remodeling and some really bad experiences, this company was a pleasant relief. I highly reccomend them.

These guys were AWESOME. Their work was professional and exactly what we asked for. The only slight problem was the outside painter they hired to finish the job, but that did not overshadow the wonderful job they did.

This is actually the first time I have ever had the pleasure of using the services at Personal Touch. I must say, they did a rather good job. Everything looked just as I wanted it to. The men really paid close attention to what I wanted done and it turned out beautifully. I am almost positive I will be calling them back out again.

These guys were very hard working; they came right out and got all of the carpeting put in very quickly. The carpet looked great, and I was very happy with the people and their services. The price was the deductible on my insurance plan.

They worked with me on all the details and they stuck to the estimate they gave me. The crew was very skilled and everything looked great when they were finished. They were polite when they were in my home and they got right to work. I was really happy with all they did.
