In 2013 he sent a letter offering his services with a discount for us as "Valued Customers". Our roof still looks great and did not need cleaning this year. He had told me last year that I would not need to have the roof done again for some time and he was right. We live in an area with large trees and lots of shade, so the areas of our porch and deck that do not get much sun needed to be cleaned and this year we added the driveway to the list for cleaning. Everything looks great. Ryan has state-of -the -art tools and works very hard. I am amazed at the difference the cleaning makes to the look of our home.
