Excellent service! The pool technicians come every two weeks as scheduled; they vacuum out the pool and adjust all the chemicals, and the pool is sparkling clean when they finish. Anything that the pool needs, they provide; and they give us information on exactly what it needed and what they did. They're very pleasant and professional. Highly recommend!

Had my old pool service for 3 years, first year they were great, second not so much, third lousy. I was looking for a thorough, honest and outstanding service at a reasonable price. Amanda and her crew are the most professional service we have ever had.  They are all highly knowledgeable about the equipment and what it takes to keep the pool looking its best.  In our case, our 50-year old in-ground pool has some unique problems to older pools that pose special challenges.  Unlike other pool services we have had, Amanda sends well trained service people who are trained in pool maintenance.   We consider Panda Pools a real find and look forward to having them keep our pool in shape for years. .

My pool had black gunk on the steps, sides, and drains. Panda got rid of it, after the other pool company messed around with it for three weeks.

I recently bought a house with a pool that resembles a swamp and didn't know much about pools. I asked for the free estimate, and she came out and explained what needed to be done step-by-step and opened up the top of the pool filter to check its status, indicating that the seals were in good condition. She also mentioned that the liner looked good, except for needing a patch. She also helped me pull a tree branch and an old tarp out of the pool. She looked at the pool accessories I had and let me know what was used for what. She did all this for free and did not try to up-sell me.

We had some problems over the weekend and the owner herself came out and took care of it, it was a Sunday. She is fantastic.

After 2 different pool companies tried to fix issues associated with opening my pool, Amanda and her partner came in and within a hour and half fixed the issue related to suction and flow problems in my pool.
