Interior Painting
When I called the painters, they said they wouldn't come back unless the general contractor called them to come back. Because the state notified everyone that they were going to close the file, I have heard from no one, not the general contractor and not the painters. As far as payment, I don't know what the general contractor paid the sub-contractors.
