I've been really blessed to work with a topnotch company and excellent provider. He is the only person that I will call and go to company. He did it really done well. Any plumbing work he was top of the line. And would definitely used them again.

From the start to finish, it was evident that David, the Master and certified electrician and HVAC technician was not only congenial, but a consummate professional. He thoroughly explained the problem during the estimate of the circulating pump, and went on the completely inspect the systems with which it was associated, such as the piping, furnace, hot water heater, etc, to ensure a complete repair. During the replacement, the pipes evidenced a build up of sediment, due to the hot water heater that NO OTHER repairmen had bothered to inform me that it was never adequately drained after several years; the result was an inadequate flow and dirty water for clothes washing, etc! He also informed me that a simple trip to the hardware store for water alarms could save me a lot of headaches if this OLD water heater decided to leak! He took care of the draining and flushing, AND refitted/resoldered the pipes that weren't correctly fitted. He also repaired a sink fixture and explained how I could save money by some self-help applications! THE RESULT: Complete, Expert service and tips to save as a consumer, for less than I would have paid for from a franchise plumbing company-and we're enjoying clean hot water on demand! My main water line burst and needed to be repaired.  David showed up and gave me an estimate and thorough explanation of what work needed to be done.  His price was better than other estimates that I got and he came with a recommendation from a close friend so the choice there was easy.  I scheduled the work for the following day, and when I arrived home from work that day I found that Miss Utility had already marked the lines and David had already hand dug most of the 50 to 60 foot trench for the new line.  The next day he crossed paths with my sewer drain line while digging and mentioned that it would be a good time to install a two way clean out since the hole was already dug, which I agreed to and he did that day.  In two days I had a new PEX supply line and two way cleanout, which was even faster than he originally estimated.  Very happy with the service and would recommend.

He first came out on Sept. 1 (Labor Day!) to see what needed to be done and to ensure that he would have everything he needed to do the various jobs the following day. The toilet replacement was the most difficult, not only because the space was tight, but the old flange was broken and the bolts were rusted in. The replacement toilet turned out to be broken inside its box, so Mr.Orefice had to go back and exchange it for another one. But he got everything in perfect working order?and maintained a cheerful, positive attitude throughout. I'd call him again in a New York minute!

When this company was done he charged us a service call of $145.00 service call. He demanded payment on the spot and started to get mad at me when I didn't have enough. He fixed our leak however I thought that their service fee was way out of line.
