Excellent. I attached a photo to a link on their website and they provided me an estimate. Between, Angie's List and Yelp they had good reviews. The guy came by and wet sanded and buffed the scratches out at my home. Very pleased with the results. If my wife hadn't been in the car when I did this - I would have just had them do the work w/o her knowing it. :) Anyway, great company that cares about service. Lastly, according to my wife, they also fixed a few other places on the car for free. Nice touch. Thanks!

When I purchased the car it had quite a few scratches along the left side due to careless snow clearing with a shovel. I went back and forth trying to figure out if I wanted to have the car painted or if I was going to try to fix the problem myself. In the course of doing my research, I ran across Onsite Recon. I submitted pictures for an estimate on Sunday evening and had an estimate in my mailbox on Monday morning. I was able to get an appointment for that same Friday. The technician called to let me know he was on the way and got right to work when he arrived. The job went very well and I could not be more pleased with the results. I'd highly recommend Onsite Recon. Their services were a great value for the price paid.

Steve called 30 minutes before our appointment at 9:00am to confirm.  He arrived on time, and spent the next two hours repairing the damage to my rear bumper.  It looks brand new!  So much easier than taking it into a body shop and either waiting hours for it to be done or having to arrange for alternate transportation.  Very professional and I highly recommend!

The company responded to my online request with an estimate the very next morning. I was very satisfied with the price, and an appointment was made to complete the work a couple days later. Steve, the technician, confirmed the appointment, arrived on time and completed the repair efficiently and with great results. He was very competent to do the work, pleasant and professional. We loved the service! We were more than pleased with the cost--so much lower than going to a body shop. It was very convenient to have the repair done at our home and the workmanship was outstanding. There is absolutely no sign of the damage that was done to the bumper. The van looks just like it did when we drove it off the car lot. Beautiful! If Angie's List gave A+, we would gladly give it to Onsite Recon.

It went great!  I emailed Onsite Recon a few pictures of the damage and the next morning had a estimate for repair emailed back to me with no fine print.  I called to schedule an appointment and I spoke to the co-owner Matt and he explained how the repair was going to be completed.  The convience of Onsite Recon coming to my place of business and doing the repairs iin the parking lot is priceless.  Not having to take off work and spend my time waiting in a body shop was great.  The quality of work was amazing.  The finished product turned out looking like a brand new car.  I could not be happier about the the expierence and I would reccomend them to anyone.

First of all this is an outstanding company. I called and had Matt come to my house for the repair. He was on time and very professional. Matt took his time on my repair and it came out like new. It is very rare that I provide such high marks for a company on Angies List however these folks deserve my strongest personal recommendation. If I ever need body and paint repairs done on my vehicle OnSite Recon will be the first company I contact. No less than 5 stars here....

Matt was very courteous on the phone. He made the process simple. I took a photo of the door ding and scratch and emailed it to them. Shortly after I had my quote. I immediately got on their schedule, they came, out, took out the dings and touched up the scratch. The paintless dent repair looks great- really got rid of those dings that I focused on every time I got in my car.
