Love this gym so much so glad I moved to this gym ... Not like all the other ones around here

It's $99 a month for 4 people. They are great!

They have everything; free weights, machines, pool and hot tub. They have exercise instructors. It was all good but I just had to leave. I had jobs to do and I cannot go there much anymore. Their pricing and quality was good. Everything was good. I would use them again.

I have been with them for about almost four years now. They are clean and have good conditioned equipments. I use these guys two and three times every week. It is not the same time of day nor the same day of each week it is almost random so what I am telling is I haven't in there what it has been dirty and once in a while the piece of a court would break, but they typically have it fixed within 24 hours and that is really great. I would recommend them.

I have been going to this gym for maybe three years. They have quite a lot of equipment, friendly staff, a lot of good trainers. I've worked with Kim Reaves, he is very, very good.

One-life is a great facility. There are several locations in the Tidewater area, and each of the seem to have different perks (e.g.? Swimming Poole, etc). I primarily attend the one on Princess Anne in VA Beach. The equipment is well maintained, the atmosphere is accepting, and the staff is accommodating. I especially like the theater room where you can ride elliptical or treadmill while watching a movie on a large screen. In addition, the classes (yoga, spin, kettle bell , zoomba, and many more are all excellent. The price isn't the cheapest ($30) a month, but given what you get worth it. The only downside to the center I attend is the parking can be annoying at certain times of day. Other than that, yes I highly recommend the membership!

The gym was large and the locker facilities are nice. The machines are crowded though. Admittedly I went at the and quot;busyand quot; time of day, but there doesn't seem to be any staff cleaning or enforcing the rules regarding the gym equipment's use during busy times of day.

I like that the facility is clean and they have a lot of things available. I don't the obligatory contract, you are locked in for a year. I am having a problem with that right now because the reason I haven't been there is because my ship is getting on the way a lot more often now. At one point I was away for an entire month. I tried to call them to see if there was something we could work out, cancel the contract for the month I wasn't there, they told me there was nothing they could do. I would actually have to get a letter from my boss to try and cancel my contract. I think that being in the military environment, actually a military town, they should understand that things like that happen and burden their patrons with getting a letter.

It's a lot bigger and has even more machines to use. There's a lot of other stuff other than the gym equipment. They offer services like basketball, there's a swimming pool, yoga classes, and any type of gym class. They offer a lot more weights, a lot more cardio, just a bigger gym overall.
