We have been renting our house for the past four years while stationed in the Midwest, and have recently returned. Walter Sims has been our property manager for that period of time. I cannot say enough good things about Walter. He found us some excellent renters. They and Walter together took very good care of our house. After they moved out, we asked Walter to take the house off the rental market, since we would be moving back within a year’s time. Walter continued to take care of the house, checking on it periodically, and occasionally parking cars in the driveway so that it wouldn’t appear vacant. He also hired someone to do yard work for us whenever necessary. When we hired contractors to do some renovations before we moved back in, Walter was willing to work with us to get them access to the house in our absence. Walter is knowledgeable, professional, and compassionate. I highly recommend him!
