Mr. Hanks arrived on time with an associate. He arrived around 8:45 pm (15 minutes early) and the two men worked without break until after 4:00 in the afternoon. They were very clean - they totally cleaned up after themselves, were completely professional and polite. A part for the recessed light in the bathroom was broken. Mr. Hanks came out at the arranged time two days later to install the part (no additional charge). The holes cut into the wall and ceiling were kept to a minimum, small, and square (not irregular). I was very pleased with the services rendered.
