Our cat just passed away. ?They were very, very understanding. ?They tried very hard to save him but were not able to. Outstanding experience. ?The vets are very, very caring there. ?They really care about the animals. ?They made every effort.

It's fair pricing, although it costs as much to take a cat to the vet as it does a human to a human doctor. They're very good. They're always very caring to the animals. We had a unique experience with them. We have a cat that does not like vets and it actually scratched one of their people, even though we warned them. So we ended up having to go to court over it because we didn't have him registered. We didn't know that you are supposed to register cats too and get a license for them. We have always paid a licence fee on our dog, but we didn't know about the cat. The vet tech was scratched so bad they had to go to the patient care. So then, it had to be reported and then we found out that we should be licensing our cat.

Normal check ups, visits, that kind of stuff but she's also had some issues with some rashes and she had to have a biopsy done on the rash to make sure that everything was good. They did some lasering techniques to her leg I don't know exactly what they are called but it was a laser technique that help healed the ligament in her hind leg so they're very good.

The doctor that I see is Dr Banta, he is the reason why I go there. He is fantastic with my dog, he gets on the floor, he's very personable with my dog and myself. He explains everything that needs to be done very clearly. If you have any questions he has no hesitation in helping you out and explaining it to you.

The pricing is the only thing I do think that it tends to be a little higher than average but I'm willing to pay that because of how great he is.

The other thing is my dog tends to be, she doesn't get along with other dogs and they have been very accommodating to allowing us to wait in the car till our appointment comes and calling me on the phone and letting me in the back door so that my dog doesn't get upset and other dogs don't get upset, so they've been very accommodating also, the whole staff, they're very good.

Very pleasant staff welcomed us. We were escorted to an exam room within a few minutes of arrival. Exams were thorough, gentle and well explained to us. Our pets were loved on and treated gently. An overall great experience! Phone calls after our visit to report on lab tests. Would highly recommend this clinic!

I love the Vets. They are kind and considerate of both our dogs and us. Dr Banta and Dr Boland are excellent. This practice really demonstrates a commitment from the Veterinarians, the Vet Techs, and the assistants. I trust them.

I actually started using them because of a recommendation by my friends. Several of my friends use them. They are very good and very reasonable to. They take really good care of my cat. I have no clue what they charge. I have multiple cats and my visits are never routine. They did very good this time caring for my cat. I am very pleased here and I plan to stay here for a while.

I love the vets that work there. They make you feel special as if you were the only patient they had. They are so into the animals and they take great care of them. The cost depends on what you need but the last time I went it included all the tests they ran and I had to pay for the pills separately.
