EXCELLENT! I hired Mitchell's Complete Upholstery because I believe in patronizing my community businesses when I can. The first job was reupholstering a wing chair for my office. The job was completed in just 2 weeks, although I was quoted 4 weeks. I was so pleased by their professionalism, craftsmanship, and courtesy, that I hired them for an even bigger job - my entire living room! I have just received my couch, and I am more than pleased!! The 2 club chairs were completed in 2 weeks, and the couch came back to my living room in just 1 week! What's more, they will pick up and deliver your furniture . From Sondra and Karen in the office, who process in the furniture, to the kind gentlemen who pick up and deliver, it has been a and quot;completeand quot; joy to work with Mitchell's Complete Upholstery! I will DEFINITELY use them again and spread the word to my friends. If you're looking for a quality reupholstery shop, use this one.

We had walked in on a Friday in the middle of the day and asked if they could pick it up that same day.. They said they could. We originally though we had 3 pieces, the sofa had been in storage for a while and we didn't remember. They quoted us for the 3 piece sofa, we had picked some heavy duty fabric since we have rugrats that we know will be abusing the sofa :). When they picked it up, that's when we saw that we had four pieces. They were very accommodating. They told us upfront that it would be 4-6 weeks before the fabric was ready. When the sofa was ready, the called us and scheduled delvery. By the way, pick up and delivery are free. They had made us some extra pillows that we didn't ask for at no charge. Everything went really smoothly and they were very professional and accomodating.

All went way faster than I expected. They had my cushion and pillows in no time at all! (less than a week)

We had a difficult time finding an upholstering shop. When we did find a couple they either did not answer their phone or never returned our calls. Finally we found Mitchell's. It may not look like much on the outside, but you are treated very professionally when you walk in. Material selection was great, the price was right, and the workmanship was superior.

These thirty year old, tattered club chairs were very comfortable, even before the re-upholstery work was done. They are just as comfortable now. The work took a bit longer than expected. The sewing workmanship is very good. This long established company has many customers, including a large auto and marine business. Their shop tends to be very busy.
