I was very pleased. I was kinda under the gun time-wise and they were responsive and were able to accommodate my schedule because at that point in time, you got to have seed down before it gets too cold. There was a certain amount of urgency to it and they were able to help me make up for lost grounds and it was an enormous relief. They probably weren't overly friendly on the customer service but they got the job done and that was important.

Technician called early to find out if it was okay to come early, that was good. On arrival, technician seemed distracted and somewhat
disgruntled. Negative comments on my softening system and the irrigation system - openly scoffed. Had I not needed it done
immediately, I would have told him to go away. I felt compelled at this point to watch his every action. When I asked him to and quot;blowand quot; the air through zone one again as I hadn't seen water he seemed put off, but I told him I wanted it done...it needed it. He left wires hanging from open compartment of my control unit, when I noticed it I made him put it as he had found it. Otherwise, he'd had left it. Again, technician was almost arrogant in his approach to me and I am not sure why. It seems his going in position is that the customer is an idiot - kind of like an arrogant teenager. Not a good marketing tool for future services...
In the end, my system is now winterized. The cost was the same as it was the previous year from a different company. Too bad I didn't call them, but that service was uneventful and so I couldn't remember who it was. I will remember this company, they will not be coming back., there are lots more to choose from in the area.

They are fantastic! They are reliable, reasonably priced, and the lawn always looks great.

They would show up and without any necessary direction from me went ahead and conducted their operations on the property. There was little need of comment except to thank them for the exactness of their work. The whole process hardly took 20 minutes.

They do an excellent job. They do arrive on time. The price was below other quotes that received. They do the back and front yard and do a great job. I would highly recommend them and use again.

As I stated above, very good. I would recommend them to anyone for excellent lawn care service.

Chris met with me the same day I called for an appointment to look at our yard. He was very responsive and had our lawn mowed that very day.

Miller's came when we scheduled them. We've used them before and they were always on time. They did an excellent job on the yard. They were able to follow instructions very well and I had no complaints about their service.
