Not sure of his name, but the technician arrived on time, was very polite, professional, and went right to work trying to rid us of our unwelcome guests. He seemed a little stunned by the time he finished his work regarding the snake he had encountered on the side of the house while spraying. My husband came to his rescue and we hope he eventually recovered from yet another unwelcome guest.

They do a very good job destroying all the termites from our home because we never see any. The spray doesn't seem to be harmful because there is no odor or prep work before or after spraying. They also spray under the house for termites. We are satisfied with the results.

Metropolitan Exterminating did a very good job spraying around our home and the guy that came out was great. He explained to us about the chemicals he was using and told us they were pet friendly and we didn't have to worry about them around our pets. We would recommend this company to others.
