Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. We requested an estimate while considering purchasing our home - and they met us within an hour of our call (a written estimate followed less than 12 hours later). They actually talked us out of buying a bigger system than we did (sure enough, we did just fine in the summer heat!). Price was quite reasonable when compared with other estimates. There were some delays with installation due to insufficient work crew, but overall we were quite happy with MechTech.
