The service went very well. They had us in and out in about 15 minutes which was amazing.

They did a great job. They had a coupon in the local paper and we used them to get the discount. They fixed the computer screen without hesitation.

I could not believe what they did to me. They took advantage of people who didn t know anything about computers. They charged me for a new hard drive and there was nothing wrong with my old one. They also charged me an arm and a leg for the thing. My monitor was broken and they did absolutely nothing about it. I would never do business with them again.

I was a bit frustrated because they couldn't locate the virus. I think the problem was that they kept looking in the wrong area, and spent a lot of time looking at the power source. I've used them in the past to install a new hard drive and they were very good. I had mixed feelings about them.
