Stay away from this company. My home warranty assigned them. They took for ever to answer the phone, the guy was very rude. Finally came to my house charged $75 and told I need 3lb of refrigerant and that was going to be $450. I called another company and they told I didn’t need that. Save your time and call the the home warranty and change if you get assigned this company.

Our AC was not working and our home warranty company assigned Mason's Heating and Cooling to us. I was a little hesitant because of their "B" rating on Angie's List. I'm very happy to report that they were great! Eric was the technician and he was so personable, professional and knowledgeable. Eric replaced the capacitor and by bed time our upstairs was cool again. I will use them again.

Home warranty sent them out. It was under home warranty. So, I just had to pay the deductible. I just had a problem with his level of professionalism. He didn't introduce himself when he came to the door. He just was ready to come into the house. The entire time he was working, he was on his cellphone on a person call.

One of my AC units died the week before in the summer heat and we needed the units replaced.  My husband through recommendations from colleagues found Mason's Heating and Cooling.  They came over quickly and provided a quote.  After comparing prices Mason's was able to match prices with another competitor.  
The work they perform was good.  They installed the new equipments and performed system checks to ensure it was running correctly.  They were professional and vacuumed the areas of insulation (from the attic).  Overall, we were satisfied with the work.
