My new 2015 vehicle was washed by service provider. During the drying process I observed the person accomplishing this task drop his drying towel on the ground and he picked it up and was going to continue using it to dry my new vehicle with it with ground dirt on it. I stopped him! But had he dropped it before?
After my vehicle was returned to me I noticed severe scratches on the new window visors. I asked for the manager, Evan, and he saw and acknowledged the scratches were there. I asked to have the scratches removed or the visors replaced. He stated they were not responsible for damages to vehicles they wash. I know the scratches were not there because this was the first time the vehicle was washed and none where present prior to the this car wash.
I recommend not using this facility. The service providers are poorly trained and the manager stated they are not responsible for damage they do to a vehicle they service.
